You get the recipes ahead of class to cook along in your own kitchen.
The perfect combo for spring, soup and sandwich. I have created a new
fermented tofu mock cheese that is so delicious, I am excited to share
the recipe with you. And the soup, featuring both green and red lentils
is the perfect compliment to this grilled 'cheese' sandwich.

How Zoom
works:
- Choose which class(es)
you wish to attend, and pay the fee using the Add To Cart button.
- On the day of the
class, you will receive an email with the recipe and a link to the Zoom
cooking class.
- If you have not
used Zoom before, when you click on the link you will be asked to download
a Zoom file. This file enables you to use Zoom, but you will not be
asked to sign up to Zoom.
- In order to be
sure everyone is connected on time, please click the link and join the
class 15 minutes before it starts.
You can participate in the cooking class without having your camera on.
You will see the cooking class, but no one will see you.
You will be able to ask questions during cooking class using the chat
feature.
There will be time at beginning of class and end of class for all to communicate.
During the class instruction all students will be muted to ensure everyone
can hear Val clearly.
