MILLET THE ANTI STRESS WHOLE GRAIN COOKING CLASS
Fee: $35
A $20 cash only material fee is payable to the instructor the night of class. Class is open to all ages.

The ancient whole grain, millet is easy to digest and has a creamy texture. Eating millet will help you have more energy, lose weight, combat diseases, and help you deal with the stresses in your life.

Class is hands on cooking and nutritional information will be taught. Ingredients are organic, plant-based, vegan and gluten free. All ingredients will be provided and students get to eat what is cooking during class.

Menu: Millet with Root Vegetable Stew, and Millet Lentil Lemon Thyme Soup.

Taught by Chef Val, cooking teacher, author of four cookbooks, radio show host, and lifestyle consultant.
